This Partnership is with EMPIRE FC, we use their training facilities for all of our sessions. We will run group sessions on Wednesday and Friday's. These sessions consist of 45 minutes of Strength and Speed work followed by 45 minutes of Technical Skills Training with our new A-Champs Technology! A-Champs gives data tracking which gives real time feedback of how the athlete is doing giving data feedback from session to session on how athletes are improving!
